Raiders injury report: Maxx Crosby ‘still battling’

While the Davante Adams trade saga is dominating the headlines, the Las Vegas Raiders also have some injury concerns that will affect Sunday’s big AFC West game at the Denver Broncos.

And the questions begin with star pass-rusher Maxx Crosby, who missed the first game of his six-season career in a 20-16 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday with a high-ankle sprain.

Crosby was not on the practice field Wednesday as the Raiders began preparations in earnest for the Denver game. Earlier Wednesday, Raiders coach Antonio Pierce said Crosby was “still battling.
