The Raiders coaching staff has undergone plenty of turnover this offseason, with coaches coming and going. That’s often a good sign, as assistants leverage their experience to get higher-profile jobs with other teams. And it looks like as of today the Raiders have a brand new strength and conditioning coach to replace the fired Tom Shaw.
The Raiders have a new strength and conditioning coach in A.J. Neibel, who spent the past two seasons with the Jaguars as their athletic performance specialist/physical therapy assistant. Neibel, who replaces Tom Shaw, was with the Raiders as a strength.
