The Oakland Raiders have a new head coach running the show in Jon Gruden, although he is quite the familiar face. Gruden took over as the head coach of the Raiders the first time back in 1998, when he was just a 35-year old rookie coach.
Heading into the 2018 season, Gruden still has the same fire we saw when he stalked the sidelines back in 1998, and he has a lot more tools at his disposal this time around. While the players might be better in 2018, he also has the latest analytics to help him, although he may not want to go down that road.
