The Oakland Raiders have some in-house talent they would like to retain for the 2018 NFL season, and one of those players is Justin Ellis. Ellis has been a constant on the Raiders defensive line since the team drafted him in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft, and the team made a long-term contract offer to him on Friday.
Ellis signed with the Raiders for three more seasons, as he looks to continue to get better as a player. Last season was his best in the Silver and Black, and while he has a long way to go to be considered a dominant force in the middle of the Raiders defensive line, it was a good sign for the organization.
