MEXICO CITY – When the New England Patriots land in Mexico later this year, Patriots owner Robert Kraft will not only enjoy the sights, sounds and heavy affection of fans down south, but the cuisine as well.
“My favorite food in the world is Mexican guacamole, salsa and thin chips,” he told ESPN Mexico's John Sutcliffe during Super Bowl week in Houston. Kraft will get many a chance to indulge, as the NFL made it official, pitting his Patriots against the Raiders at the Estadio Azteca in 2017.
This time, not only will the NFL be returning, but it will field two of Mexico's most popular teams.
