The Las Vegas Raiders hired Chip Kelly as their offensive coordinator this week to revitalize the offense. Kelly will be coming off a year during which he helped Ohio State become National Champions.
Kelly has been in the NFL before and had success early on but started to slow down, leading him back to college. He went to UCLA and turned that program around, making them a competitor in the Pac-12.
