The Las Vegas Raiders and Atlanta Falcons might have played a primetime game on Monday Night Football in Week 15, but that was hard to tell based on the lack of energy in Allegiant Stadium. And that was far from the fans' fault as they just matched the Raiders’ performance.
There were several empty seats as no one should feel forced to spend their hard-earned money to watch a 2-11—now 2-12—club, and a pin drop could have been heard at several points throughout the evening. That’s what happens when an offense can only muster 249 yards, 45 of which came during a two-minute drive that concluded with a game-ending interception, as well as a pathetic special teams performance.
