The Raiders entered free agency with wide receiver being their top need, along with linebacker.
Two of their first three players signed were linebackers. Yet, none of the eight players the Raiders have signed thus far is a receiver and they need a couple of them.
The wide receiver market has been extremely slow compared to the rest of the market. Free agency officially started Wednesday and the market has slowed dramatically. But only two receivers have signed, former Raider Amari Cooper and Randall Cobb.
One of the reasons why the market is slow is that this year’s draft class is considered great, one of the best of this century.
