The Oakland Raiders may be without standout long-snapper Jon Condo for the final three weeks of the season.
Oakland coach Jack Del Rio said Monday that Condo was undergoing tests on his injured shoulder and that the Raiders may have to sign another long-snapper to, at least, play Sunday against Green Bay. Condo was injured recovering a muffed punt deep in Denver territory to set up the game-deciding points in Oakland’s 15-12 upset win at Denver on Sunday.
Condo’s injury was the reason behind Oakland’s decision to go for two points after scoring a touchdown to make it 15-12 instead of going for the PAT to give the Raiders a four-point lead.
