The Raiders have held camp in the Napa Valley every year since 1996 and are holding camp there currently, but this may be one of the last times that happens, according to a piece from Pro Football Talk, citing the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Raiders brass hosted officials from Reno, Nevada at camp last week to give them an up close and personal look at the kinds of facilities and services the Raiders require when they hold a training camp. The Raiders have already ruled out holding camp in the Las Vegas area, with owner Mark Davis preferring to hold camp away from the team facilities (which will be constructed in Henderson, NV) and stadium to promote cameraderie.
