Jack Del Rio said the Oakland Raiders need to learn from several mistakes in a 38-35 loss at Pittsburgh on Sunday. Del Rio included one of his own decisions in the group of mistakes.
Monday, Del Rio said he regretted a decision to take a knee at the end of the first half despite having three time outs in the Raiders' eventual loss. The Raiders had the ball at their 20-yard-line with 29 seconds remaining in the first half after Pittsburgh kicked a field goal to take a 21-18 lead. Del Rio said the primary reason why he ran out the clock is Oakland had the ball to start the second half.
