ALAMEDA _ Raiders coach Jack Del Rio hasn’t had much time to dwell on memories of O.co Coliseum, spending his time getting ready for the San Diego Chargers on a short week.
But when Del Rio was asked about the possibility of the Raiders leaving the Coliseum, he did bring up a game-altering play he made as a Hayward High School senior in the North Coast Section 2A title game against Miramonte.
The Matadors were clinging to a tight lead and having issues defending the short passes of Miramonte quarterback Bryan McKeen. Del Rio took care of that with a sack that knocked McKeen from the game.
