ALAMEDA -- The Raiders haven't qualified for the postseason since 2002. That drought could end on Sunday.
A victory over San Diego at Qualcomm Stadium would clinch a playoff spot, according to postseason scenarios released Tuesday morning by the NFL. There are ways the Raiders can lose and still clinch at least a wild card spot, but they'd prefer to win and get in.
The AFC West remains up for grabs, and the Raiders hope to vault above Kansas City and claim that top spot. That would guarantee at least one home playoff game, and possible a first-round bye.
