Raiders offensive coordinator Todd Downing described center Rodney Hudson as “one tough sucker” for playing through a kidney stone last weekend against the Cowboys.
Head coach Jack Del Rio invoked the same word Saturday when asked about Hudson’s status for Monday night against the Eagles.
“It remains a question mark,” Del Rio said. “But, pretty tough guy. I think he’s shown that.”
Hudson played all 70 offensive snaps against Dallas despite the kidney stone, a diagnosis that Del Rio revealed the following day. The center did not practice the first two days this week but returned in limited fashion Saturday and is listed as questionable for Philadelphia.
