Raiders defensive tackle Maurice Hurst hasn’t practiced all week because of an ankle injury that has bothered him for a while now. It has limited his preparation and availability on game day, though he toughed it out and played last Sunday.
While the rookie was formally considered questionable Saturday on the team’s official injury report, Raiders coach Jon Gruden said Hurst still is battling the ailment.
“His ankle,” Gruden said, “is not getting much better.”
Hurst still has a chance to play Monday night against the Denver Broncos. So do starting cornerbacks Daryl Worley (shoulder) and Gareon Conley (concussion), both of whom were deemed questionable.
