Raiders at the Coliseum: A twisted two-part tale of ecstasy and agony

Some key moments of the Raiders’ history at the Oakland Alameda-County Coliseum heading into what may or may not be their final game at the site on Christmas Eve against the Denver Broncos:

Sept. 18, 1966

Chiefs 32, Raiders 10

Running back Clem Daniels scores the first touchdown in Coliseum history on a 22-yard pass from Cotton Davidson to put the Raiders up 7-3, but after that it was all Chiefs in front of a crowd of 50,746. The Raiders would go 3-3-1 in the first season at the few facility. Not once in the next 11 seasons would they lose more than two games at home.
