At least one player came out smelling like roses in the aftermath of the Antonio Brown train wreck.
The Oakland Raiders lured Keelan Doss from the Jacksonville Jaguars practice squad for an active roster spot paying a guaranteed $495,000 plus a $300,000 bonus, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. Doss had been making a non-guaranteed $255,000 with the Jags.
The undrafted rookie and Alameda native, heralded as a "hometown hero" on HBO's "Hard Knocks," did not make the Raider's 53-man squad and was waived by the Raiders. Doss chose to join the Jaguars' practice squad instead of the Raiders'.
