The Raiders don’t let up in the free agent market, as they add wide receiver Tyrell Williams to a four-year, $44 million deal. He is the second wide receiver the Raiders have added this offseason, as he will join Antonio Brown. Williams will slot into the WR 2 role and play outside the hashes as the Raiders deep threat.
