In the midst of the Raiders second set of OTA's, they are busy making more roster moves. Today they added linebacker Horace Miller and re-signed undrafted free agent wide receiver Milton Williams III.
In corresponding moves, the team has released wide receiver Austin Hill and cornerback Travell Dixon who had been signed as undrafted free agents earlier this month.
Miller was waived last month by the Carolina Panthers after having spent much of last season on their practice squad before being called up to the active roster late last season.
