According to ESPN’s Adam Caplan, the Raiders are signing former Baltimore Ravens WR Jeremy Ross to their practice squad.
Ross is primarily a returner who has averaged 25.7 yards per kick return and 12 yards per punt return over his career. He was recently released by the Ravens after struggling with ball control issues.

The Raiders will have to make a move to create a spot on their practice squad, which already has two other return-type players in RB George Atkinson III and WR DeAndre Carter.
