The Raiders continued their impressive free-agent haul Wednesday, agreeing to terms on a two-year contract with Bengals free-agent safety Reggie Nelson. Nelson made the Pro Bowl last season for the first time at the age of 32, but is actually seven years younger than the man he is replacing, the retired Charles Woodson.
Nelson tied for the NFL lead with eight interceptions last season, and also had 14 passes that he broke up. Nelson started his career in Jacksonville in 2007 with now- Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio.
Nelson has 30 interceptions and 82 passes defensed in 138 career games.
