The Raiders made a change at wide receiver today, adding former fourth round pick Devon Wylie to the squad and releasing undrafted rookie Austin Willis.
Wylie was originally drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012 out of Frenso State. He appeared in just six games with the Chiefs during his rookie campaign, recording six receptions for 53 yards.
In 2013, the 5-9, 185-pounder played on five different teams -- appearing in two games with the Tennessee Titans, two games with the 49ers, and two games with the Seahawks, primarily as a kick and punt returner.
