Raiders haven added additional depth to their secondary by signing cornerback Nevin Lawson to a one-year contract, worth $3.05 million. Lawson comes from the Detroit Lions where he played the last five seasons as apart of their defensive unit. He served as one of the teams starting cornerbacks the last four seasons.

The 5’9″ 192-pound cornerback was originally a fourth-round pick out of Utah State by the Lions.
