There is a lot up in the air concerning the future of the Las Vegas Raiders’ coaching staff after this week when it come to the 2025 season.
There are guarantee head coach Antonio Pierce will return. Team owner Mark Davis will evaluate Pierce and there is, at least, a chance Pierce will be fired and there will be wholesale changes on the staff.
If Pierce does return, though, his biggest decision on his staff is what to do at offensive coordinator. Pierce fired first-year offensive coordinator Luke Getsy in November, after nine games.
Turner took over as the interim offensive coordinator.
