The Oakland Raiders have experienced many flaws in recent weeks coming from both sides of the football. With a multitude of positions needing change for a higher level of success, it's not concrete which area Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock will address with their two first round selections.
Offensively, their most glaring need is wide receiver, but you could also make the argument for an upgrade in quarterback play. With Gruden being such an offensive minded head coach, I'd expect at least one of the two first round picks to go towards his side of the football.
From a defensive standpoint the Raiders could use some new pieces at every level of the unit.
