The Las Vegas Raiders began to take players off of the NFL’s reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday when linebacker Cory Littleton returned to practice, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
However, the newspaper also reported defensive end Clein Ferrell and slot cornerback Lamarcus Joyner are still on the list. They can be removed from the COVID list any time before Sunday’s game at the Atlanta Falcons and still be eligible to play.
Littleton tested positive for the coronavirus and missed the past two games. Littleton, an expensive free-agent addition who has struggled this season, was replaced by Nicholas Morrow while he was out and Morrow played well.
