Facing a 4th & 2 from the Chargers 21-yard line, Jack Del Rio made yet another gutsy late-game call, and it payed off once again. This time Derek Carr hit Michael Crabtree on a beautiful toss in the corner of the end zone. The play gave Oakland a 3-point lead entering the 4th quarter.
The Chargers drove down the field to attempt a game-tying field goal with just before the two-minute warning, but rookie punter Drew Kaser botched the snap and the Raiders took over at their own 35-yard line, and proceeded to put the game on ice.
