INDIANAPOLIS — After a week at the NFL Scouting Combine, realistic options for the Raiders at No. 4 are beginning to crystallize.
Plenty can still change in the less than two months between now and the draft, but here are the players who seem to be the five most likely Raiders after Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden submit their card for the fourth pick on April 25.
Kentucky edge Josh Allen
Allen, playing in the best conference in college football, finished second in the nation with 17 sacks last year. He tallied 21.5 tackles for loss, forced five fumbles and logged four passes defensed.
