The Oakland Raiders were busy like most teams after 53 man roster cuts, attempting to find diamonds in the rough in the days that followed. Working out various players to see if they would have any value to the team before ultimately deciding to claim Keenan Lambert and LaVar Edwards off of waivers.
In total, the Raiders worked out 12 players according to NFL insider Aaron Wilson. A list that was unsurprisingly comprised mostly of defensive backs as the team took a look at a handful of cornerbacks and safeties before passing on them for at least now with none of the worked out players signing with the Raiders as of Tuesday morning.
