Black Monday was a quiet one for the Oakland Raiders this year as the Silver and Black will be keeping their coaching staff intact from head coach Jack Del Rio’s first season. An improvement to a 7-9 record that included a .500 record in the tough AFC West enough for the first year coaching staff of the team to be brought back for next season.
The Raiders had an up and down first season with Del Rio’s staff, having some big highs as well as more than a few lows in their 2015 performances. Showing flashes of being a playoff contender, but ultimately finishing as a team that was far out of the playoff picture at the end of the season.
