Hopefully everybody had a Merry Christmas, even if the Oakland Raiders blew a great opportunity to upset the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football in Week 16. It was right there for the taking and the guys couldn’t get it done. It’s Tuesday and this is the Black Hole Roll Call.
The game could have gone the Raiders’ way, as the Eagles offense struggled all night. We have to give credit to the Raiders’ defense, who just played its best game of the season under new defensive coordinator John Pagano. The problem was that Derek Carr was bad in the cold once again and 10 points isn’t enough to beat anybody.
