Despite the presence of the Ronnie Lott – Rodney Peete-led group trying to keep the Oakland Raiders in the Bay Area by spearheading a stadium project, Mark Davis has doubled down on his intent to move the team to Las Vegas – a city with a notorious reputation, quite obviously. And it’s that reputation – as well the outlandish advertising practices of certain establishments – that lately, has the concern trolls crawling out of the woodwork.
There certainly are legitimate reasons to be concerned about the the Raiders relocating to Sin City – will they be able to secure the public funding they’re looking for to build the stadium?
