The 2018 season will kick off tonight, as the Oakland Raiders welcome the NFC West champion Los Angeles Rams to town. For the Raiders, they will be looking to shake off a six-win season a year ago, and they have made wholesale changes to not only the roster, but the coaching staff as well.
Last season, the Raiders were coming off a 12-win campaign, and had the hardest record in all of football. In 2018, the record is significantly easier, as some early season matchups against some weak teams could get this team out to the hot start they need in a very competitive AFC West.
