Rise and shine. It’s Wednesday and this is the Black Hole Roll Call. The fourth and final preseason game will be under way tomorrow evening when the Oakland Raiders host the Seattle Seahawks. After that, it’s on to Week 1 versus the Tennessee Titans on September 10 in Nashville.
While the starters typically don’t play in the fourth preseason game, Raiders quarterback Derek Carr did use the fourth preseason game as a rookie in 2014 to his advantage. Two new Raiders in quarterback EJ Manuel and wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson are feeling good about their new situations with the Raiders.
