On Friday, TJ Carrie was listed as out for the Oakland Raiders Week 5 clash with the Denver Broncos. On Saturday afternoon, Carrie was upgraded to questionable. On Sunday, TJ Carrie will officially be playing as he has been given the go-ahead to start for the Raiders defense at cornerback/safety when the two AFC West rivals do battle.
Carrie missed every one of the Raiders practices this week, and was not expected to improve enough health-wise to get onto the field on Sunday leading to him being ruled out on Friday when the team made their “final” injury report.
