Antonio Brown is an Oakland Raider, as coach Jon Gruden and GM Mike Mayock got their number one receiver by way of the Pittsburgh Steelers. The opportunity cost worked in favor of the Silver and Black, just a third and fifth-round draft pick respectively. Kudos must be given to Gruden and Mayock, and our own Jose Sanchez gives great analysis into this fact.
It is well noted that the most obvious impact Brown will bring to Oakland is as the role of a number one receiver. Derek Carr has the most explosive weapon he’s worked with during his Raiders career, and he’ll be lining up every Sunday as a wideout.
