Oakland Raiders linebacker Malcolm Smith knows what it takes to win a championship and what a championship caliber team feels like. Smith spending his first years in the NFL as a linebacker on the Seattle Seahawks team that won the Super Bowl, winning Super Bowl MVP in the process.
So after a first season with the Raiders, Smith’s thoughts on where his new team is at in terms of contending are interesting as the former SB MVP feels that this new look Oakland roster is ready to make the playoffs after a long rebuild under general manager Reggie McKenzie.
