The Silver and Black wrapped up the preseason Saturday night at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, falling to the Seattle Seahawks 23-21.
As expected, the majority of the Raiders starters didn’t play at all in the preseason finale, instead watching the duration of the game from the sidelines in pads, ceding the evening’s work to the younger players on the depth chart.
Quarterback Matt McGloin started the game, and played the first quarter, completing 4 of 7 passes for 37 yards before departing in favor of rookie Connor Cook.
The Michigan State-product played the rest of the game after taking over for McGloin, ending his evening 15 of 30, for 145 yards and one interception.
