Oakland fans of their hometown team have been happy all week at owner Mark Davis showing investment in the team’s infrastructure as a positive sign towards the Raiders ultimately staying in the city in the midst of their ongoing search for a new stadium.
The team is planning significant investment at their Alameda headquarters, adding to their facilities even as they are on a year by year lease to play at the Oakland (O.co) Coliseum. Davis not afraid to spend to build up their current facilities in the Bay Area even if there is the constant worry of the team relocating to Los Angeles if they cannot find a new stadium in Oakland.
