After two trade downs, first with the Carolina Panthers and then the San Francisco 49ers, the Oakland Raiders filled a need at guard late in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Selecting Jon Feliciano of the Miami Hurricanes to add to their ranks.
Feliciano is the second consecutive Hurricanes prospect selected by the Raiders in the 2015 Draft. General manager Reggie McKenzie selecting tight end Clive Walford in the third round from ‘The U’ as the Raiders scouting staff were clearly high on Miami prospects during their scouting process this year.
