After addressing most of their needs in the early and middle rounds, the Raiders opted to go with a player who can fill a hybrid role when they finally drafted a linebacker on Day 3 of the 2016 NFL Draft. Opting to go with a versatile undersized linebacker who can either bulk up to play his collegiate role of inside linebacker or be turned into an outside linebacker at the pro level.
