Donald Penn has not played for the Oakland Raiders since Week 4, after he was placed on injured reserve with a leg injury. In his place, the Raiders have turned to rookie Brandon Parker at the right tackle position, giving them two starting rookies at the tackle spot alongside Kolton Miller.
During the 2016 and 2017 season with the Raiders, Penn was a perennial Pro Bowler, appearing in nearly every game. However, he was injured for the final two games of the 2017 season, and has not been right ever since.
With only four games left in the season, you would think the Raiders would leave Penn on the injured reserve, but apparently that is not the case.
