The Oakland Raiders claimed former Packers QB Deshone Kizer. This move comes to a surprise to many, considering the Raiders already kept three quarterbacks on the roster in Carr, Glennon, and Peterman.
Kizer was a good QB in college for Notre Dame, but he has had no success in the NFL. Kizer was drafted by Cleveland in 2017, where he would start 15 games and throw for under 3,000 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 22 interceptions.
Kizer then was moved to the Packers where in the little playing time he got, he threw 0 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.
