With both teams reeling, and looking for only their second win of the 2018 NFL season, the Oakland Raiders will head to Santa Clara on Thursday night to take on the San Francisco 49ers. The Silver and Black are coming off another late-game loss, this time to the Indianapolis Colts, as they blew a fourth quarter lead, losing 42-28.
The 49ers have really fallen on hard times since Jimmy Garoppolo tore up his knee, and could be going with their third string quarterback on Thursday. Backup CJ Beathard is dealing with a wrist injury, and that means Nick Mullens could be making his first NFL start against a pretty porous Raiders defense.
