The Oakland Raiders will start their team activities on Monday, as they kick off Phase 1 of their offseason workout program. The entire offseason workout program will consist of three different phases, with the first two weeks of Phase 1 being strictly strength and conditioning and physical rehab.
In Phase 2, the Raiders will have three weeks of on-field workouts, but still cannot have any live contract. They can do positional drills, and start to break off into small groups, but cannot go team offense against team defense.
The final phase, Phase 3, will include the OTAs, which is a ten-day run that they can go 7-on-7, as well as 9-on-7 and 11-on-11.
