On Sunday the Raiders dispatched the Detroit Lions in a closely contested game to even their record at 4-4 heading into Week 10. That win total of four matches their season total from last year as the team limped to a 4-12 finish. With a legitimate path to the playoffs laid out for them, the Raiders are in a very intriguing position heading into the final eight games of the season.
Several players have stepped up in a big way this year when compared to last season. The offensive line in particular has been very solid through the first eight game, ranking as the best o-line in terms of QB hits allowed only giving up 16.
