In a one on one interview with local news station KTVU, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf made some straightforward comments regarding her stance on the Oakland Raiders.
The interview was conducted the same day Las Vegas based billionaire Sheldon Adelson withdrew his $650 million commitment to help bring the Raiders to Sin City.
But even though she drew a hardline stance on public funding, Schaaf reiterated commitment to trying to get something done.
“I remain focused. I neither dance nor pout,” Schaaf said. “Vegas is not over. But believe me Oakland is not over either.
