It's interesting when a team goes on a three-game losing streak and yet each week still offers a reason to think they can win. That's what the Raiders have done over the past month. Much of that has to do with their opponent getting progressively easier each week, starting with the Steelers in Pittsburgh, the Vikings in Oakland, the Lions in Detroit, and now the 2-win Titans in Tennessee.
So, naturally, yet again the consensus of the staff is picking the Raiders. Which if recent history is any indication, that doesn't bode well for the Raiders' chances.
