NFL Free Agency: Raiders reportedly to sign Trent Brown to record deal to become their left tackle

The free agent negotiating period just opened and the Raiders are already making big moves. They are signing former Patriots Trent Brown to a record contract according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Former Patriots’ OT Trent Brown intends to sign a four-year, $66 million contract that includes $36.75 million guaranteed with the Oakland Raiders, per source, making him highest paid OL in NFL history.

This record deal isn’t to be a right tackle. He will move into the left tackle spot, moving previously touted ‘left tackle of the future’ Kolton MIller to right tackle.
