If the Las Vegas Raiders want the first year in the Pete Carroll-John Spytek era to be successful, they need better quarterback play.
Gardner Minshew and Aidan O’Connell failed to move the needle in 2024, and running it back with those two as the only options is not viable in the slightest. As a result, the Raiders have been linked to virtually every quarterback available this offseason. Whether they hit free agency or the draft for their solution, if not both, general manager Spytek has his work cut out for him early on.
